Oh no, he won, he finally won and nobody can stop him or ¿her?, Bill Cipher has managed to re-emerge in another dimension similar to that of Earth, but different, in the first place humanity does not exist, instead of humans that world is ruled by anthro pokémon, and they have a creator, a solitary but majestic creature called Arceus, she created the world so as not to feel alone in the darkness of space, however she could not treat them as equals, because she was the creative deity, which is why she assumed her role as goddess of that world for a long time, being venerated by all her creations, from the most insignificant to the most powerful (including other minor deities such as Rayquaza, Giratina, Palkia, Dialga, etc).
Eras passed and Arceus ended up getting bored with her routine as the supreme deity, so she decided to go down to earth and form a simple life among mortals. Little did she know that in her search for new experiences she would find something that would change everything for her. She found love in a man named Marcus, with whom she established a love relationship that led her to marry him and give him the gift of life and eternal youth, at first everything was going well, but the gift that Marcus gave to her husband was destroyed. became a curse, he saw with pain how all his acquaintances slowly aged and died before his eyes, little by little the losses caused Marcus to go into depression, however Arceus did not understand the reason for his sadness, she thought that youth and eternal wealth It was enough and she was not affected by seeing her acquaintances die with the passage of time, for her they were only her creations, that indifference little by little distanced Arceus from her husband Marcus and there did not seem to be a good change in her attitude.
One day the tension between the couple erupted into an argument, one in which Arceus, unable to contain his daughter, accidentally hits Marcus's chest, killing him in a few moments without her being able to do anything to save him. Arceus for the first time suffered from the loss of a loved one, understanding the pain Marcus felt and regretting his mistakes, unable to resurrect his loved one to apologize, Arceus for the first time fell into depression and despair.
One day, emerging from space and time, Bill Cipher appears in the presence of Arceus while she was in a trace to try to contact her husband's soul without success, Bill carefully and kindly approached her to talk to her, obviously hiding his evil intentions through his businessman charisma.
Bill Cipher: Hello great creator of this world, my name is Bill Cipher, a traveler of space and time, Are you okay?
Arceus: Uhh? Who are you? What are you?
Bill Cipher: Nobody, only a traveler of multiverse, I was passing by until I heard your pain, that's why I ask you, are you okay?
Arceus: No, I destroyed the most important thing in my world, my love, and I can't bring it back to life.
Bill Cipher: Oh no, you lost someone special, I'm sorry, I didn't know, but I can understand how you feel.
Arceus: You can understand me?
Bill Cipher: Yes, I became a multiverse traveler because I lost my home and everyone.

Bill Cipher: Yeah, but for you, I have an alternative that can help you with your problem.
Arceus: An alternative? What?
Bill Cipher: The souls of all people in the multiverse when they die go to one place.
Arceus: Where?
Bill Cipher: The dimension of souls
Arceus: That place exist?
Bill Cipher: Yeah, and I can take you to that dimension with my power, but my power needs a deal to work, I must make a deal to use my power to help other, is a rule that it has.
Arceus: Ok, but What will be the deal now?
Bill Cipher: Simple to make this more easy, a puppet.
Arceus: What?
Bill Cipher: If you promise that you will give me a puppet I can activate my power. You just have to shake my hand to accept the terms of the deal.

*Meanwhile Bill Cipher returns through the portal and closes it*
Bill Cipher: Well I kept my end of the deal, and now I will claim what's due to me, my puppet. (Observing the soulless body of Arceus) I never gave her specifications about the type of puppet I wanted, however she accepted without hesitation and there are many types of puppets, many things under certain circumstances can be considered puppets, many look for fabric puppets, I prefer FLESH AND BONE PUPPETS.
Bill Cipher flies towards Arceus's soulless body and enters her, possessing her body. Arceus' body starts to move, but that's no longer Arceus.
Bill proceeds to take off all the clothes that Arceus' body was wearing.
Bill using Arceus's body walks to a window to feel the sunlight.
Bill takes to the skies and prepares to give his message to the world.
Bill "Arceus": INHABITANTS OF THIS PLANET, THIS SPEAKS TO YOU BILL CIPHER, YOUR NEW SUPREME DEITY, YOUR CREATOR IS GONE AND NOW I TAKE HER PLACE AS THE NEW GOD OF THIS WORLD, BOW BEFORE ME OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES.
Suddenly some of the deities that Arceus had created in the past appear in front of Bill to face him.
Giratina: New God? Are you kidding me? I can see through your soul, you are not Arceus.
Bill "Arceus": Yeah, I said that, but you know that I have her body under my command and it makes me your God, now get on your knees.
Giratina: NEVER, I ONLY SERVE THE TRUE ARCEUS.
The rest of deities are readdy to fight.
Bill "Arceus": Ass you wish bitch.
Bill Cipher with the power of Arceus' body defeats all deities and kill many of them except one.
Bill "Arceus": You are my bitch now.
Giratina: Arceus, I'm sorry, I have failed you.
Arceus "Arceus": SHUT UP, I'M THE NEW ARCEUS HERE AND YOU ARE MINE.
Without their creator that planet is enslaved by Bill Cipher. He won and no one can oppose him.
Giratina became Bill's slave for all eternity......
Later in Arceus' house....
Bill wanting to continue having fun with that body, she puts on a bikini to continue playing with that body and celebrate her overwhelming victory.
Hope is gone, Arceus' soul is trapped in the dimension of souls with Marcus' soul, but the rest of the world are slaves to Bill Cipher.
